I'm gonna feel that...(April Wright bootcamp workout)

Felt grateful to have "seen" some of our team on our Laptops under the Lights Zoom call on Friday night -- and then had fun working out with not only some of our team but also some of Trumansburg via Zoom on Saturday morning.  Gracie and Emma Wright run for Trumansburg, and their mom owns and runs April Wright Fitness & Cycling.  She's streaming bootcamp workouts that you can do in your home, free of charge for high school athletes and $15 per session for adults.  I can promise you: you'll work up as sweat and will feel like you got in a substantive workout, without ever having left the space a yoga mat takes up on your floor.  I'm pretty sure I'll be feeling those jump lunges tomorrow when I try to walk down the stairs.....
