We had spring-like weather yesterday, and our indoor athletes got to run, jump, and throw outdoors! With spring in the air, indoor championships right around the corner, and outdoor track starting on March 5, we all soaked up the fresh air and savored the moment. Our distance crew ran intervals — collecting some Olympic Rings along the way! Even if we are track and field athletes, we’re still inspired by the training, aspirations, and achievements of the Winter Olympians and are cheering them on! And likewise: we are rooting for all of our athletes who have qualified for Indoor State Qualifiers on Saturday, February 24th at Barton Hall at Cornell. Go Bobcats!
Varsity indoor track practice will be held on Monday (2/19), Tuesday (2/20), and Thursday (2/22), 8-10am at the high school during the February school vacation week. The bus to State Qualifiers leaves at 7:10am on Saturday (2/24).
Welcome to our new website! Please be patient with us while we work out details and logistics. We'll post important information on this site as well as highlight performances and program news. We will also post articles and videos that we think will be inspirational or instructional.
As always, a tremendous thank you to everyone who follows and supports our program! We look forward to seeing you trackside and trailside soon! |
