Despite the chilly temperatures, Lansing athletes posted some strong performances and even walked away with several "champion t-shirts." The girls team was runner-up to Elmira Notre Dame who bested them by just three points and the boys team was 3rd. Complete results here.

The boys and girls track and field teams of Lansing both improved their records to 6-0 on Monday night, winning against both Whitney Point and Southern Cayuga. Final scores:

The wind was gusting and the rain and snow started flying by the end! At times it felt more like winter spring!
This meet was scored both as an invitational and as dual meets (due to our cancelled meet two weeks ago as well as the replacement of the scheduled dual meet with this rescheduled invitational). Mother Nature was on our side with blue skies and mild temperatures as Lansing hosted Dryden and Groton in an unscored meet aimed at getting our athletes who have been working hard through spring break the opportunity to make some quality times and marks.
