Welcome to Week Four of varsity track and field! Keep taking good care of yourself! Stay physically active, take time away from electronics and social media, get fresh air when you can, eat food that nourishes you, and keep a routine. I'm really proud of you; keep taking this one day at a time and stay in touch and connected. Important Notes:
Practices, Meets & Meetings Until further notice, all practices and meets are suspended at least through April 15. But you still have training options! See the attached workouts or use any of the options we sent last week (also posted to the blog on website). Team Virtual Events Check your email as well as the website: we will continue to have team events take place! We'll see you on Monday for Senior Night plus work on a relay montage and Saturday is another birthday.... stay tuned!!!! Keep in touch, Bobcats, and stay well!
