Instructions for the (optional but fun team building) virtual scavenger hunt went out to athletes. 3:30-5:30 today from home using the Goosechase app. I can send out the activities via email if using the app isn't an option and someone wants to participate.
Also wanted to pass along one of my favorite online workout resources: https://darebee.com/ This site has a huge database of workouts that can be done in/at home, even if you don't have any equipment. We'll keep sharing the team training -- but the priority right now is MOVING DAILY even when we need to stay home. Substituting a workout on our training schedule for something else is fine.
