Lots of information is below. You are welcome to do as much or as little of the suggested training we list here. Some athletes like to have a few weeks of conditioning under their belts and are able to begin working out. Others are still competing in another sport or juggling other commitments. There is a place for everyone on this team, and we are committed to helping you to improve from whatever level of fitness or experience you bring to the first day of practice. Be sure to reach out to the coaches or veteran athletes with any questions. The file below includes suggested preseason training for novice, intermediate, and advanced/veteran athletes:
