Here's the note I scrawled last night. I keep a notepad and paper next to my bed when I think of something and don't want to forget. He's had his share of injuries and racing experiences that didn't go as planned -- and he's also demonstrated tremendous resilience and enjoyed a successful career on and off the track. Take a look. Peloton is offering access to it's bike-free fitness app for 90 days. Some of you know I have a Peloton, but when I'm traveling (and even when I'm just not in the mood for the bike), I often use the app. There are lots of workouts of all different lengths, and the coaches are incredibly motivational, giving the extra push we all could use when we're using lots of energy to just get through our days. I'm also a big fan of the new meditations they've added. This sounds like a big ol' product endorsement.... sorry. But not sorry. Any and all tools we can use to stay healthy and active while maintaining social distance are good!
